Tevita Pangai Junior<\/a> has taken a swing at his former teammates and coaches following his well-publicised retirement from the NRL.<\/p>\n

\ufeffThe Origin representative dropped a bombshell when he announced he was quitting the sport in August<\/a> to pursue a career in boxing.<\/p>\n

Since departing after the Bulldogs' season ended, Pangai Junior admitted he'd had limited communication with anyone from the sport. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"I've heard from probably two players and the coach since I've left, it's all bullshit," he said on Triple M Rocks Footy.<\/p>\n

"In total, I can count on two hands who I'm still friends with in the game. All this brotherhood talk … It's all fake.<\/p>\n

"People hate the truth. That's the truth."<\/p>\n

Pangai Junior also revealed context around Wayne Bennett<\/a>'s departure from the Broncos, with the former prop at the club when he was sacked.<\/p>\n

His comments came as he doubled down on his previous \ufeffpress conference spray ahead of his Battle on the Reef fight against \ufeffFrank Amato when he said he was "sick of taking orders off halfbacks and coaches"<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"Everyone does (have a problem with authority). Even Wayne does, that's why he got kicked out of the Broncos, who wants to answer to a board\ufeff?" he told Triple M.<\/p>\n
