Brisbane<\/a> star Ezra Mam<\/a> has described his "speechless" reaction to the Broncos' grand final heartbreak after the five-eighth almost single-handedly delivered victory.<\/p>\n

"Just speechless, honestly\ufeff," he told 9news.<\/p>\n

"We let this hurt, like last year, and hopefully we can go again next year."<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old added his hat-trick "didn't really matter" after the capitulation. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"It was a pretty special moment, but in saying that,\ufeffit didn't really matter. We didn't get the win," he said.<\/p>\n

Mam, who is believed to be on $240,000-a-season, will enter the open market on November 1 if the Broncos can't re-sign him before then.<\/p>\n

The five-eighth has been a revelation for the side since debuting in 2022 and came away with the five-eighth of the year award on Dally M medal night.<\/p>\n

As he looks to lock down his rising star, coach Kevin Walters was full of praise post-match for the playmaker.<\/p>\n
