Collingwood<\/a> veteran Taylor Adams<\/a> is holding onto hope that his premiership dreams aren't crushed just yet, returning to rehabilitation on Sunday after his mid-finals hamstring injury.<\/p>\n

Adams sustained the setback on the training track on Friday<\/a>, which has ruled him out of the Magpies' preliminary final against the GWS Giants.<\/p>\n

The All-Australian midfielder was spotted confidently working through drills on Sunday, in a bid to be fit for a possible grand final berth.<\/p>\n

But if the Magpies are to reach the last Saturday in September, they'll be required to take the leap in the preliminary final without Adams.\ufeff\ufeff<\/p>\n

Teammate Nathan Murphy isn't panicked for Adams and lauded his efforts over the weekend.<\/p>\n

"It's obviously really disappointing, Tay's been so positive about it," Adams told reporters on Sunday.<\/p>\n

"He's been in here this morning doing a bit of swimming and running. Whatever he can do to get back.<\/p>\n

"Hopefully we get to the grand final and he'll put his name up."<\/p>\n

Forward Bobby Hill, who has been away from the club due to family reasons, missed his second straight session on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Meantime, Nick Daicos trained away from the rest of the side and did so indoors, but is fit for Friday night.<\/p>\n
