Warriors<\/a> captain Tohu Harris has revealed his side played the final five minutes of their elimination final with only 12 men after a mistake in the coaching box.<\/p>\n

Despite being down a player, the side still managed to score through Bailey Sironen, sealing \ufeffa 40-10 victory<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Post-game when explaining how good it felt to stay in control throughout the match, Harris pinpointed one moment when they weren't at full strength.<\/p>\n

\ufeff"Only time it didn't feel good was when they (the coaches) made us play with 12 with five (minutes) to go," he laughed<\/p>\n

"I was trying to find them in the box and they weren't making eye contact."<\/p>\n

Coach Andrew Webster<\/a> interjected, stating "we didn't even know we did it".<\/p>\n

The mistake came around the same time when Shaun Johnson<\/a> was given a rest in the 73rd minute and replaced by Dylan Walker.<\/p>\n

Johnson came into the game under an injury cloud, with Webster revealing the timeline of when he was certain to play during the week. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"He came super lose to not playing … we literally didn't know until yesterday (Friday) so what we said was truthful all week," he said.<\/p>\n

"We were confident that yesterday was going to go well but we weren't sure. We made sure that we got him to the start line today and he made sure he got himself to the start line.<\/p>\n

"He's done a terrific job, not only did he get himself there, I thought he once again had a big impact and gave everyone confidence, everyone fell into shape, our attack early was a big result of what he was doing."<\/p>\n

Despite Johnson producing two try assists and not looking to be impacted at all by his calf, Webster couldn't provide any assurances around whether he'll play against the Broncos in a preliminary final. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"The reason why I don't know is he could pull up really good, we could get an extra training session out of him instead of a captain's run, if we don't we'll stick to the formula, it's just see how he pulls up," he said.<\/p>\n

The coach added there were no nerves when the star halfback made his first kick, however one moment had him unsettled. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"I was nervous with 10 to go when he was double right foot stepping, carrying on like he was 18, that was frustrating me," he laughed.<\/p>\n
