The All Blacks<\/a> are likely to be without Ethan de Groot for their third Pool A fixture at the Rugby World Cup after he received a red card in New Zealand's thumping win over Namibia.<\/p>\n

All told, the three-time Rugby World Cup<\/a> winners claimed a convincing 71-3 bonus-point win over the minnows in Toulouse.<\/p>\n

However, the victory was overshadowed by the moment of foul play less than 10 minutes out from full-time.<\/p>\n

De Groot was initially given a yellow card in the 72nd minute but that was upgraded to red just before the siren rang.<\/p>\n

The prop will face a disciplinary committee and means he'll likely miss the third World Cup match against Italy on September 30.<\/p>\n

"We'll just go home, we'll have a look at it," said All Blacks head coach Ian Foster of the incident.<\/p>\n

"There was obviously a lot of shoulder-on-shoulder involved with that contact.<\/p>\n

"Clearly they saw it as a red card. Probably we'll compare it to something else that happened yesterday and then see what comes out of that."<\/p>\n

Earlier in the match, de Groot made an impact almost immediately off the bench when he scored one of the 11 tries.<\/p>\n

Cameron Roigard's first World Cup appearance started strong with the No.9 scoring in the second minute and again in the seventh.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old was given man of the match for his performance.<\/p>\n

A solitary penalty kick in the 11th minute earned Namibia its only points of the match with the scoreline at 12-3.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It was otherwise one-way traffic, as Damian McKenzie (20', 39'), Leicester Fainga'anuku (25'), Anton Lienert-Brown (35'), de Groot (48'), Dalton Papali'i (54'), David Havili (58'), Caleb Clarke (67'), and Rieko Ioane (77') all scored tries in the rampage.<\/p>\n

"We went in cleary to try to establish ourselves up front particularly, and I thought we got that dominance early which was key to the game and it enabled us to pick and choose how we played after that," said Foster.<\/p>\n

"Obviously we're delighted with the result, with the performance. It's a step forward."<\/p>\n

All Blacks captain Ardie Savea, who filled in for the injured Sam Cane, said he was happy with how his side fared.<\/p>\n

It marks a bounceback after their loss to France in the Rugby World Cup opener a week ago, 27-12.<\/p>\n

"It's a good feeling getting the win today, especially after last week's result," said Savea.<\/p>\n

"There's still a few areas where Namibia put us under pressure but we'll take that."<\/p>\n

Savea said the All Blacks will have to be better disciplined in their forthcoming match against Italy.<\/p>\n
