C\ufeffanberra<\/a> has scored a pre-finals boost with representative star Hudson Young<\/a> committing long-term.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old backrower has signed a fresh three-year contract which ties him to the Australian capital until the end of 2027.<\/p>\n

"My partner and I are really settled here and I'm happy off the field and on the field, and I'm really excited about the squad we're building.<\/p>\n

"I feel like we've got really good juniors coming through. I feel like we're building something really special and that's something I want to be a part of.<\/p>\n

"I've worked really close with (coach) Ricky (Stuart) and the coaches and the biggest goal is to win a premiership here at the Raiders."<\/p>\n

Young made his NRL debut in 2019 but didn't feature in the team that lost the grand final that year.<\/p>\n

He has since become one of the best backrowers in the NRL, and this year made his State of Origin debut for the Blues.<\/p>\n
