\ufeffThe leaks coming from inside the Rabbitohs<\/a> have to be very concerning for everyone involved.<\/p>\n

This is one of the biggest clubs in the best rugby league competition in the world, it's not like it's a local A-grade team.<\/p>\n

\ufeffPeople don't always get on with each other, that's just a fact of life. You won't find a large business anywhere in the world where every employee agrees with all their colleagues.<\/p>\n

But when conflict happens, or if there is a differing of opinion in any way, you just deal with it behind closed doors.<\/p>\n

It's up to the \ufeffsenior people within the organisation to have those tough conversations – when they are needed – and ensure everyone can move forward together.<\/p>\n

Who would actually leak private text messages to media? What would they have to gain from it?\ufeff<\/p>\n

What's happening at South Sydney reflects really poorly on everyone at the club.<\/p>\n

And now you have a group of players who are expected to run out on Friday and put their bodies on the line for the Rabbitohs.<\/p>\n

\ufeffThis is their biggest game of the year – against the Roosters to try make a late push into the top eight before finals.<\/p>\n

But the players must be feeling pretty let down by the club after everything that has happened in the past week.<\/p>\n

\ufeffThey should never have to put up with the garbage that they've had to. At press conferences this week it's all the players are going to get asked about.<\/p>\n

Can you imagine how draining that would be? And then on top of that\ufeff they will be asked to represent the club against the Chooks.<\/p>\n

It's up to the coaching staff and the playing group to bind together this week and try to \ufeffplay for each other on Friday.<\/p>\n

I saw captain Cameron Murray spoke over the weekend<\/a> and hit back at the criticism of Latrell Mitchell and Cody Walker in particular.<\/p>\n

I agree with him that the spotlight on those two blokes is unfair.<\/p>\n

I know Latrell won't play on Friday, but I'd expect Cody to have a bit of a point to prove, and it's good Murray has come out and backed him publicly.<\/p>\n
