Canberra<\/a>'s 'Big Papa' Josh Papali'i<\/a> has set himself the toughest task in league this Saturday night – containing Broncos<\/a> enforcer Payne Haas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In one of the heavyweight clashes of the year, Papali'i and Haas meet head on in the ACT in a game that could decide the Raiders' finals fate.<\/p>\n

Win and Canberra is in – lose and it will likely all come down to the final round against the Sharks.<\/p>\n

"It's a huge game for us at home and a lot will depend on the forward battle," Papali'i told Wide World of Sports.<\/p>\n

"Haas is probably the form prop in the game at the moment and it will be a challenge for me to try to keep him a bit quieter than usual.<\/p>\n

"I'll take the kind of approach rivals used to take with big Mal Meninga back in the 1990s – I won't be poking the bear.<\/p>\n

"The last thing I want is for him to be angry and up the aggression so I won't be trying to provoke him.<\/p>\n

"With a great player like that, you just try to contain him by limiting his time and space.<\/p>\n

"If we can do that, then maybe he won't be as dominant as he has been all year."<\/p>\n

The Broncos go into the game as hot favourites but Papali'i is quietly confident of an upset.<\/p>\n

"We beat them back in April when both Payne and I were playing so you never know," he said.<\/p>\n
