Parramatta<\/a>'s season is hanging on by the barest of threads following confirmation Mitch Moses<\/a> is almost certainly out for the rest of the year.<\/p>\n

Former Tigers teammate Aaron Woods<\/a> told Triple M on Saturday Moses would likely need surgery to repair a facial fracture.<\/p>\n

"Yeah, I've spoken to Mitch and unfortunately it's a fractured (eye socket) and he'll need an operation, which is probably season over," Woods said.<\/p>\n

The club released a statement on Saturday afternoon all but confirming the fracture.<\/p>\n

Moses suffered the injury early in the match after a head clash with a teammate and made it worse when attempted to chase down Herbie Farnworth late in the first half.<\/p>\n
