Wests Tigers<\/a> have won the race to secure the signatures of gun brothers Samuela and Latu Fainu.<\/p>\n

The Concord club beat out the Dolphins<\/a> to sign the pair on four-year deals.<\/p>\n

According to The Sydney Morning Herald<\/a> the pair will join the club from November 1. The Tigers were in hot pursuit of the pair since they were given the OK by Manly<\/a> to explore outside options.<\/p>\n

The pair are considered two of the most exciting prospects in the game, and starred in NSW's win in the U19s State of Origin last week.<\/p>\n

\"Samuela<\/p>\n

While Latu is yet to make his first grade debut, Samuela has played five games for the Sea Eagles, most recently in their round 16 loss to the Eels.<\/p>\n

Key to the deal getting over the line was the relationship new Tigers scout Scott Fulton has with the Fainu brothers' players agent Mario Tartak.<\/p>\n

The signing comes off the back of a tumultuous few days at the Tigers, which saw the club forced into a crisis meeting<\/a> between head coach-in-waiting Benji Marshall and Fulton.<\/p>\n

Marshall was angered by comments made by Fulton's godfather Peter Peters that "a current high-profile Tigers official" had a share in the management company trying to sign former Raider Aidan Sezer to the club back from the Super League.<\/p>\n

Marshall is keen on bringing Sezer to the club, but Fulton is more keen on Penrith's back-up halfback Jack Cogger.<\/p>\n

A fan-led petition is currently being circulated demanding an independent external review of all aspects of the dysfunctional club.<\/p>\n

The petition had nearly 1700 signatures on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The Tigers will travel to Wollongong to take on the Dragons on Thursday night to kick off round 21 action.<\/p>\n
