S\ufefftar jockey Jamie Kah has been charged by Racing Victoria<\/a> over a breach regarding pictures which appear to show her with white powder.<\/p>\n

Images of Kah in the presence of the white powder began circulating on social media in June and an investigation was conducted in the aftermath.\ufeff<\/p>\n

\ufeffKah isn't the only individual to cop a charge as a result of the gathering at her house between June 17 and 18, with Ruby McIntyre also charged. McIntyre is currently having her application to become a registered stable employee reviewed by Racing Victoria.<\/p>\n

At the gathering, which was also attended by greyhound trainer Jacob Biddell, Kah was alleged to have been filmed cutting three lines of the white powder with an ID card.<\/p>\n

Officials stated that McIntyre then allegedly shared the recording with individuals who were not in attendance at the gathering.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"The stewards allege that Ms Kah and Ms McIntyre's conduct, as outlined in the particulars, was prejudicial to the image, interests, integrity and\/or welfare of racing," a statement from Racing Victoria said on Friday.<\/p>\n

Both Kah and McIntyre will face the Victorian Racing Tribunal at a date yet to be determined.<\/p>\n

Kah only returned to the saddle in June after a lengthy break\ufeff due to injury following a horrific fall in March.<\/p>\n
