S\ufeffharks<\/a> captain Dale Finucane is facing a two week suspension for a dangerous throw on Blake Lawrie in their 52-16 win over the Dragons<\/a> on Thursday night.<\/p>\n

After tackling the Dragons<\/a> prop low, Finucane \ufefflifted him clean off his feet, his shoulders first to hit the ground.<\/p>\n

"That tackle got away from the Sharks … the Dragons don't like it one bit,\ufeff" Nine commentator Brenton Speed said.\ufeff<\/p>\n

\ufeffStorm legend Cameron Smith praised the tackle, which landed Finucane a grade one dangerous throw charge with extra weighting for a third and subsequent offence.<\/p>\n

"Great conventional tackle, under the ball and went to put him to ground and over he went. He's top-heavy, Blake Lawrie," Smith said in commentary for Nine, before saying he expected Finucane could face a fine.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Lawrie came from the field for a HIA, but was cleared and returned to the field a short time later. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Off the set following the penalty, Tautau Moga scored for the Dragons.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Moga is also facing a $1000 fine for a careless high tackle on Jesse Ramien in the closing minutes.<\/p>\n
