Parramatta Eels<\/a> star Dylan Brown<\/a> \ufeffhas been charged with five counts of sexual touching without consent after an alleged incident at a Double Bay hotel on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Brown was the subject of a complaint to staff at the Golden Sheaf late on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

"About 11.40pm yesterday officers attached to Eastern Suburbs PAC were called to a hotel on South Head Rd at Double Bay following a report of sexual touching," a police statement read.<\/p>\n

"Police arrested a 22-year-old man. He was taken to Waverley Police Station where he has been charged with sexually touch another person without consent.<\/p>\n

"He was granted bail to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday, June 7."<\/p>\n

The Eels have since released a statement confirming they are "aware" of an incident involving the five-eighth. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"The club has advised the NRL integrity unit as per our normal process. As it is a police matter, the club will not be making further comment at this time," the statement read.<\/p>\n

The Kiwi playmaker has made 13 appearances this season for Parramatta lifting his NRL career tally to 95 games.\ufeff<\/p>\n
