Canterbury<\/a> winger Josh Addo-Carr<\/a>'s hopes of an Origin<\/a> recall have been bolstered by a shock early return from injury.<\/p>\n

When Addo-Carr limped from the field in round six<\/a>, and later had a high ankle sprain confirmed, most punters put a line through him for the State of Origin opener, which \ufeffis on May 31 in Adelaide.<\/p>\n

But \ufeffthe 12-time New South Wales representative was seen training in full flight earlier this week, and has now been named in Canterbury's team ahead of Friday's game against the Warriors.<\/p>\n
