He\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/college\/usc-trojans\/news\/xavier-jordan-commits-to-usc-trojans-4-star-wr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">told Chad Simmons at On3<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0that it might be his best decision ever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Going by the composite rankings, Jordan is No. 17 at his position,\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/247sports.com\/Season\/2024-Football\/CompositeRecruitRankings\/?InstitutionGroup=HighSchool&amp;State=CA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">No. 15 overall in the stat<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">e and No. 108 nationally in the class of 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">That&#8217;s the third commitment for USC in this recruiting cycle.
