S\ufefft George Illawarra<\/a>'s Francis Molo is facing at least three weeks on the sideline for his high shot on Moeaki Fotuaika in Sunday's 20-18 loss to the Titans<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Molo has been charged by the match review committee with \ufeffa grade two careless high tackle. Because it's his third offence, he'll cop a three week ban if he takes the early guilty plea, and four weeks if he fights the charge and loses at the judiciary.<\/p>\n

The tackle earned Molo a stint in the sin bin.<\/p>\n

Molo's St George Illawarra teammate \ufeffJaydn Su'a was the only other player charged out of Sunday's matches.<\/p>\n

Su'a can accept a fine for a grade one dangerous contact charge after a hip drop on Tanah Boyd.<\/p>\n

Speaking after the match, Dragons coach Anthony Griffin<\/a> said \ufeffthe hip drop tackle is something the game will need to look at closely.<\/p>\n

"I think we have always struggled with it for the last two or three years," Griffin said.<\/p>\n

\"Francis<\/p>\n

"They are not intentional. Sometimes when they haven't got a decision to make at the time, whether they fall that way or not they are just trying to get the player to ground.<\/p>\n

"It is something that as a game we have got to get some certainty about because accidents happen when you have got people with a lot of power and the way the game is played these days.<\/p>\n

"With the tackle technique you are not allowed to tackle around the legs anymore. There's a lot of people hanging on to bodies and waists and things like that don't mean to get themselves in those positions.<\/p>\n

"I think it is an issue for the whole game to get right."<\/p>\n
