Red Bull Neymar Jr\u2019s Five, the world\u2019s largest five-a-side tournament, will kick off its fifth UAE edition on February 19 with the opening ceremony taking place at Sharjah\u2019s Al-Tahadi Football Club.
\nQualifiers will take place at 14 locations across the Emirates with the final matches hosted on March 26 at Madar at Aljada, the popular entertainment destination in Sharjah. Teams are competing to win a place at the Red Bull Neymar Jr\u2019s Five world finals at the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. in Praia Grande, Brazil.
\nKick off: The event takes place across the Emirates
\nThe seven members of each of the two winning finalists, consisting of five main and two reserve players, will fly to Brazil to represent the UAE in the international tournament and have the opportunity to face Neymar.
\nIn addition to the men and mixed teams, this year\u2019s edition will include female-only qualifiers in partnership with Sharjah Women\u2019s Sports Club for the first time in the UAE, with one team set to compete at the world\u2019s final.
\nThis year\u2019s edition Red Bull Neymar Jr\u2019s Five in the UAE is expected to draw the participation of over 3,000 players, joining tens of thousands of football fans from across six continents. The 2021 UAE qualifiers are being held with support from Arada, the tournament\u2019s national sponsor and the master developer behind Aljada.
