Manchester City's<\/a> Kevin de Bruyne had objects thrown at him during their 3-1 win at Arsenal, sparking an investigation from English Football Association.<\/p>\n

The midfielder<\/a>, who scored and set up a goal as City took over top spot in the Premier League from the Gunners, was substituted late and became a target as he left the field, with plastic cups and bottles thrown at him.<\/p>\n

It's understood the referee included the incident in the match report.<\/p>\n

Arsenal is reviewing CCTV footage and confirmed if those responsible are identified they will face punishment.<\/p>\n
