Australian cricket legend Allan Border<\/a> was left "shell-shocked" by Australia<\/a>'s performance in the first Test against India<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Australia was bowled out to capitulate to an innings and 132-run loss on day three in Nagpur.<\/p>\n

Ten wickets fell in a session as Australia was rolled for 91 runs – the nation's lowest-ever innings score in India and second-lowest total against India at any venue.<\/p>\n

Reflecting on Australia's \ufeffwoeful second innings on Fox Cricket, Border was particularly irritated by the Aussie batters congratulating the opposition bowlers for good deliveries.<\/p>\n

"Play with a harder edge. I mean, we're giving blokes the thumbs up when they're beating us outside the off stump," he said.<\/p>\n

Notedly, Steve Smith<\/a> was guilty of the act, giving Ravindra Jadeja a thumbs up after the spinner beat his outside edge.<\/p>\n

"What the hell is going on? That is just ridiculous," Border said.<\/p>\n
