In the mid 2000s Dragons<\/a> fans loved cheering a couple of identical twins from the south coast – Brett<\/a> and Josh<\/a> Morris.<\/p>\n

Now history may be set to repeat itself.<\/p>\n

Thirroul Butchers products Ryan and Toby Couchman are a couple of strapping 19-year-old backrowers on train and trial deals who have been turning heads in the pre-season with their attitude and commitment.<\/p>\n

Ryan played for the Australian Schoolboys in 2021 and Toby has also been making inroads in the local Illawarra league over the past 12 months.<\/p>\n

\"Brett<\/p>\n

Like the Morris boys, the pair are almost impossible to tell apart.<\/p>\n

"I've shaved my sideburns to make it a little easier for people," Ryan said.<\/p>\n

"We are always competitive and always trying to beat each other, even at training runs."<\/p>\n

The pair have been leading the way at training and will get a chance to push their claims for contracts in the trials in February.<\/p>\n
