Pablo Matera had to have the last say after his Pumas<\/a> were thumped by the All Blacks<\/a>, refusing a handshake before shoving Dane Coles following the 53-3 demolition derby.<\/p>\n

The moment during the post-match pleasantries was briefly caught on camera, showing Matera eyeing Coles, withdrawing his hand, before pushing him with the other.<\/p>\n

A perplexed Coles raised his hands in confusion before the cameras cut away.<\/p>\n

It's not clear why the Argentinian loose forward targeted the replacement hooker, but could relate to two incidents late in the Hamilton match.<\/p>\n

Coles can be seen getting into the side of Matera during a ruck in the 81st minute before copping a shove from the Argentine as they right themselves.<\/p>\n

Then, Ardie Savea confronted another player in the 82nd minute following a penalty at which point Coles joins the fracas.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Matera appeared to headbutt Coles before several more All Blacks players came to the aid of the replacement hooker.<\/p>\n

Coles only came onto the field in the 62nd minute for Samisoni Taukei'aho.<\/p>\n

Asked post-match of the incident, All Blacks coach Ian Foster replied, "He didn't want to shake Colesy's hand? He wouldn't be the first guy".<\/p>\n

It capped off a miserable end to the Pumas' night before they face the Springboks<\/a> back-to-back, first in Argentina and then in South Africa.<\/p>\n

Argentina was soundly walloped by the home side in Hamilton, not once threatening the try line.<\/p>\n

The performance was in stark contrast to their third-round match where the visitors beat New Zealand in a tight contest, 25-18 in Christchurch.<\/p>\n

Argentina heads home for its next match against the Springboks on September 15 before their Rugby Championship closer in South Africa on September 25.<\/p>\n
