Pathetic, embarrassing, and diabolical \u2013 that was the general assessment as the Wests Tigers<\/a> were taught a lesson by the Canberra Raiders<\/a> at Leichhardt Oval, thumped 56-10.<\/p>\n

The result came just two weeks after they went down 72-6 to the Roosters at the Sydney Cricket Ground<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tigers fans were seen storming out on Sunday as half-time approached. After the first 40 minutes, the Raiders held a whopping 42-0 lead.<\/p>\n

As the players walked off the field for the break, the crowd got to its feet to boo their own side into the sheds.<\/p>\n

"This is so, so bad," Andrew Johns said in commentary for Nine.<\/p>\n

\"James<\/p>\n

"They pretty much just open the curtains and say 'come through'.<\/p>\n

"The only word is pathetic."<\/p>\n

Earlier in the game the commentators could barely believe their eyes when Raiders backrower Hudson Young fell over the top of three defenders to score.<\/p>\n

"That's almost humiliating for the Tigers defenders," Nine commentator Mat Thompson said.<\/p>\n

Melbourne legend Billy Slater agreed.<\/p>\n

"That's as soft as it gets in the NRL," Slater said.<\/p>\n
