{"id":21833,"date":"2021-01-13T06:57:15","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T07:57:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportinfo.pro\/?p=21833"},"modified":"2021-01-13T07:59:30","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T07:59:30","slug":"imran-khan-voted-as-best-captain-in-icc-poll","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportinfo.pro\/?p=21833","title":{"rendered":"Imran Khan voted as best captain in ICC poll"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin: 5px 5% 10px 5%\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/arysports.tv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Imran-Khan.jpg\" width=\"742\" height=\"486\" title=\"\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Karachi: Pakistan&#8217;s world-cup winning team captain and current Prime Minister Imran Khan has been voted as the best captain in International Cricket Council&#8217;s (ICC) poll.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cricket&#8217;s governing body posted a poll on Twitter and asked the cricket fans to <span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">decide which of these \u2018pacesetters\u2019 were the best among these geniuses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Indian captain Virat Kohli, former South African captain AB de Villiers and Australia women\u2019s cricket team captain Meg Lanning were Imran&#8217;s competitors.<\/p>\n<p>The poll was to pick the best out of these four after their averages improved drastically while leading their respective sides.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Who would you rate as the best among these giants?<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; ICC (@ICC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ICC\/status\/1348876434077491205?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 12, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The 68-year-old Imran received 47.3 % of votes while Kohli earned 46.2 %\u00a0of the votes.
