The Sharks<\/a> decided on short term pain for hopefully long-term gain in 2021, sacking coach John Morris early in the season and luring former Test forward Craig Fitzgibbon<\/a> to replace him.<\/p>\n

Man under pressure:<\/strong> It's constantly said in rugby league that players go down a notch when they leave Melbourne – Nicho Hynes will be out to prove that truism wrong<\/a>. He played his best football at fullback last year and a permanent place in the halves will be a real challenge.<\/p>\n

Biggest loss:<\/strong> Shaun Johnson had his ups and downs in his time at Cronulla but on his day, he was a match-winner. The Hynes-Trindall combination will have to fill that try-making void.<\/p>\n
