A Bulgarian skier has vented her fury after a wayward course worker interrupted her run during the slalom at the Winter Olympics<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Eva Vukadinova was forced to stop after she came across a course worker who was in her path. He was apparentely on the course to retrieve an instrument accidentally left behind after one of the poles required fixing.<\/p>\n

In a lengthy Instagram post, Vukadinova let loose.<\/p>\n

"I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED TODAY," she wrote.<\/p>\n

"A lot of emotions are going through me right now. I cannot even describe what I felt after that first run.<\/p>\n

"Why me? Why didn't that happen to any of the top 30 girls? Could that even happen to any of them? Is that even fair?"<\/p>\n

Despite being given a re-run, Vukadinova said it was "not the same."<\/p>\n

"Not when you have to ski down to the chair lift, go up, go down the start (with my race ski) and start almost immediately.<\/p>\n

"I may be not a top level skier or fighting for the podium, but I also worked a lot to get here!!!<\/p>\n

"Don't I at least deserve the same CHANCE like everyone else?"<\/p>\n

Vukadinova ended her first run in 49th position. She did not finish the course on her second attempt to remain in that placing.<\/p>\n

Slovakia's Petra Vlhova claimed gold, while Austria's Katharina Liensberger and Switzerland's Wendy Holdener rounded out the medals.<\/p>\n
