Tributes are flowing in for former Port Adelaide<\/a> and St Kilda<\/a> rookie Jordan Barham, who died in a car crash in country Victoria last week.<\/p>\n

Barham was selected by Port Adelaide with pick 12 in the 2002 AFL<\/a> rookie draft. He remained on the Power's rookie list until 2002, before he was drafted by St Kilda with pick 18 in the 2003 rookie draft.<\/p>\n

The forward was delisted at the end of the following season without turning out for a senior match.<\/p>\n

"Emergency services were called to Mullers Road about 3.20pm after reports a car had crashed into a tree and caught fire," a Victoria Police statement reads.<\/p>\n

"Crews arrived but were unable to save the driver of the vehicle.<\/p>\n

"The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations are ongoing."<\/p>\n

Port Adelaide shared a tribute on its website, mourning the loss of Barham.<\/p>\n

"The Port Adelaide Football Club is saddened to hear of the passing of former player Jordan Barham," the tribute reads.<\/p>\n

"The former AFL rookie was killed last week aged 38 in a road crash at Nagambie in regional Victoria.<\/p>\n

"Barham was part of the club's rookie list in 2002 before spending time on St Kilda's list and at Werribee in the VFL.<\/p>\n
