Wallabies<\/a> coach Dave Rennie said there was plenty of room for improvement after his side's defeat at the hands of Scotland overnight.<\/p>\n

"There was a handful of decisions that we made and maybe the ref made which shaped the last 20 – we've got to take it on the chin, we've got to be better, we've got to be better disciplined, we've got to be more accurate," he said.<\/p>\n

Scotland scored two tries to Australia's one<\/a> in the first of three Tests for the Wallabies in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Rennie said work was needed in terms of building sustained pressure. He was disappointed with his side's work at the breadown when the Wallabies were in possession.<\/p>\n

"We've got more in us. We certainly need to be a lot better, and we'll need to be a lot better against England," Rennie said.<\/p>\n

Rennie said that Jordan Petaia tweaked his hamstring, and would likely not be available next week.<\/p>\n

Allan Alaalatoa will go through concussion protocols during the week to determine if he's right to play.<\/p>\n

Captain Michael Hooper said the game had been "frustrating" throughout.<\/p>\n

"The motivation was about going really well today, and keeping the momentum we've built in the last year, really," he said.<\/p>\n

"We fought to a point there, poked our nose in front, but couldn't stay down on their side of the field through our discipline and their ability to pressure our ball.<\/p>\n

"The Scots did well there."<\/p>\n
