Victoria coach Chris Rogers has given a concerning update on the health of young batter Will Pucovski, who continues to feel symptoms from a concussion.<\/p>\n
"We're monitoring his progress coming back from concussion," Rogers said on SEN Radio.<\/p>\n
"We travel back to Victoria today … so we'll know more when we get in front of him."<\/p>\n

Pucovski suffered a concussion in the nets during training a few week ago<\/a>. It's estimated he's suffered as many as 10 concussions in his young career.<\/p>\n Despite his sparkling Shield form he has featured just once with a baggy green on his head. He made his Test debut at the SCG at the start of this year, but suffered a shoulder injury while fielding<\/a>.<\/p>\n "The medical team are constantly talking to him, so I think there's still a few symptoms," Rogers said.<\/p>\n "We've just got to see what happens when it comes to Friday and our next Shield match against New South Wales."<\/p>\n Rogers was hopeful that Pucovski would be able to feature in that Shield match against the Blues.<\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/strong> NFL star walks away from the sport<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/strong> First blow landed as NRL player market heats up<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n "He's been through this before, so he knows what it's like and he'll be ready to go," Rogers said.<\/p>\n "He's a pretty resilient guy now – if you go through (this) many setbacks, you have to have something about you."<\/p>\n Former Test skipper Mark Taylor says the concerns regarding Will Pucovski's concussion issues go far beyond cricket<\/a>, while current captain Tim Paine said he was "shattered" when he heard the news<\/a>.<\/p>\n "(It was) shattering when I found out. I've spoken to him a bit the last few days.
