The South Australian Cricket Association<\/a> has revealed it's "investigating an allegation" surrounding several Redbacks players.<\/p>\n

It stems from a night out following their Sheffield Shield<\/a> game against Queensland<\/a>. A number of players were allegedly asked to leave an Adelaide club.<\/p>\n

South Australia Police has confirmed 10 men were ordered to leave a nightclub, although no arrests were made and no charges laid.<\/p>\n

"The SACA is investigating an allegation that several Redbacks players were asked to leave a city venue following concerns about their behaviour and adherence to COVID-19 dancing regulations," a SACA statement read.<\/p>\n

"While the SACA has not received a formal complaint from any party, it has commenced its own internal investigation into the matter, including the details and circumstances surrounding the allegations.<\/p>\n

"The SACA will not be providing further comment while the investigation is ongoing."<\/p>\n

The Redbacks are scheduled to play their next match next Monday, when they'll meet Western Australia<\/a> in Perth in a Marsh one-day cup fixture.<\/p>\n
