After missing out on the Australian Open this year, the Swiss maestro returned to Grand Slam action at the French Open and Wimbledon.<\/p>\n
The 20-time Grand Slam winner proved he still has plenty left, reaching the round of 16 at Roland-Garros before withdrawing from the tournament, while at Wimbledon he went one better by making it through to the quarter-finals<\/a>.<\/p>\n But after most recently missing the US Open, and with fears Federer might miss the Australian Open for a second straight year, Woodbridge says it's tough to see a scenario where the tennis icon can land Grand Slam title number 21.<\/p>\n "Highly unlikely," Woodbridge said on 2GB's Wide World of Sports' radio.<\/em><\/p>\n "If he were to win one, I think the only one that he would be able to get through is Wimbledon.<\/p>\n "He's had another knee surgery … he's not going to be out on the court for a while.<\/p>\n "I don't think we're going to see him in Australia (in 2022).
