Adelaide is set to land Sydney's Jordan Dawson after the Swans accepted the Crows' revised trade offer.<\/p>\n

According to AFL.com.au's Callum Twomey, the Swans have accepted Adelaide's future first-round pick from Melbourne.<\/p>\n
