Penrith superstar Nathan Cleary is set for a lengthy conversation with the NRL Integrity Unit following new revelations linking the Panthers to an alleged border breach from a group of men from New South Wales.<\/a><\/p>\n

After Queensland Police fined three men for allegedly using "incorrect border passes" to cross the border on the Pacific Highway the day before last weekend's grand final, it was revealed the NRL Integrity Unit would hold talks with Cleary.<\/p>\n

The three men, who are aged 23, 24 and 25, were allegedly pictured on social media joining in on the Panthers' celebrations<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to Nine News' James Wilson, Cleary is a roommate of one of the men involved in the alleged border breach.<\/p>\n

In vision obtained by Nine News, the alleged trio could be seen alongside members of Cleary's family at Suncorp Stadium.<\/p>\n

"Nathan Cleary's Western Sydney mates, side-by-side with his family at the game and on a Queensland beach," Wilson told Nine News.<\/p>\n

It's also been confirmed that New South Wales Police is now investigating more men linked to the matter.<\/p>\n

"The NRL Integrity Unit will interview Nathan Cleary early next week to determine if he was aware of his friends' alleged breach," Wilson added.<\/p>\n

"If found to be involved, the Penrith co-captain could be facing his own sanctions.<\/p>\n

"In some breaking news, New South Wales police have confirmed they are reviewing additional game footage.<\/p>\n

"At this point, they believe even more of Nathan Cleary's friendship group snuck across the border to attend the game."<\/p>\n

There is no suggestion Cleary knew about the men's alleged border breach.<\/p>\n
