It wouldn't be NRL grand final<\/a> week without mystery shrouding a number of the premiership decider's biggest players.<\/p>\n

And media and fans can expect plenty of smoke and mirrors coming out of both camps if today is anything to go by.<\/p>\n

Penrith<\/a> had a laugh when Origin winger Brian To'o rocked up to media day in a wheelchair.<\/p>\n

To'o had his left lower leg strapped as he's been battling an ankle injury, and he was pushed by teammate Viliame Kikau.<\/p>\n

But journalists were told it was merely the cheeky winger playing a prank, rather than anything sinister.<\/p>\n

"I don't know what he's doing there, he's probably having a laugh," teammate Liam Martin said of To'o.<\/p>\n

"I think he's up and walking now so I think he's all right. I think (the wheelchair) was in one of the storerooms and he got it out."<\/p>\n

To'o is only one of a number of Panthers players battling injury and racing the clock for Sunday's decider at Suncorp Stadium.<\/p>\n

Tevita Pangai Jr withdrew from today's media opportunity and he was seen in a full leg brace as he fights a knee injury.<\/p>\n

James Fisher-Harris is carrying a minor knee injury but he assured journalists he is fit and ready to play on Sunday, while Moses Leota is fighting to return after missing the preliminary final with a calf injury.<\/p>\n

For South Sydney<\/a>, veteran halfback Adam Reynolds was hampered during the preliminary final win over Manly.<\/p>\n

Reynolds took a back seat during the game but he will certainly line up in the grand final, which will be his last game for the Rabbitohs.<\/p>\n

Teams will be named at 4pm tomorrow.<\/p>\n
