Both men were nowhere to be seen in the Storm's win against the Sharks after Addo-Carr suffered a hamstring injury last weekend, while Munster was presumed to be rested ahead of a big month of post-season football.<\/p>\n
But after the match yesterday, Bellamy revealed there was more behind the omission of Munster.<\/p>\n

Those concerns have now worsened, with fears star playmaker will be unavailable for the first week of finals after dealing with complications stemming from a knee infection.<\/p>\n
Storm football chief Frank Ponissi confirmed Munster had cut his knee against the Eels last weekend and was stitched up on the night only for it to become infected.<\/p>\n
"We had to admit him to hospital on Monday morning, he went to Kawana Hospital, right next to Sunshine Coast Stadium, and he got his knee surgically cleaned and stitched," Ponissi told the Sydney Morning Herald.<\/p>\n
"He ended up spending the night. He had to have a week off doing nothing and keeping it dry.<\/p>\n

"He'll try to train on Monday. He'll probably get named but we'll give him until the last minute to prove his fitness."<\/p>\n
Munster will be given up until the day of the qualifying final to prove his fitness.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Addo-Carr is also expected to be sidelined with an ongoing hamstring issue.<\/p>\n
"Cameron Munster has a little problem with his knee at the moment," Bellamy said in his post-match press conference last night.<\/p>\n

"I don't think we will be at full strength next week. There might be one or two out.<\/p>\n
"With Josh (Addo-Carr) he will be touch and go I think. I think Munster is probably a better chance than Josh at the moment.<\/p>\n
"Obviously having said that we'd like them both to be there, but if they're not, so be it. We'll see how the week goes and hopefully they'll improve quickly."<\/p>\n
