Broncos coach Kevin Walters admits prop Tom Flegler will need to "find the balance" in playing aggressive on the field after he was sin-binned for a high shot during Brisbane's 24-16 loss to Cronulla<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Leading the Sharks by six points midway through the first half, Flegler was sin-binned for a high shot on Jack Williams.<\/p>\n

Williams copped a swinging arm across his face and immediately fell to the ground, which resulted in marching orders from referee Adam Gee at the time.<\/p>\n

"He's in trouble here because there was force," Greg Alexander said in commentary for Fox League.<\/p>\n

"It's always a risk when someone comes out of the line at speed like Flegler does."<\/p>\n

That moment resulted in back-to-back tries to Cronulla, who flipped the momentum by turning a six-point deficit into an eight-point lead at half-time.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old will likely face scrutiny from the match review committee as a result.<\/p>\n

Walters said Flegler, who earlier this season was rewarded with a Maroons debut, will need to monitor his level of aggression to avoid future suspensions.<\/p>\n

"Finding the balance, that's the key with Tom," Walters said after the game.<\/p>\n

"His contact was just a little bit high there. The idea was right because we needed something.<\/p>\n

\"NRL<\/p>\n

"He's that sort of player, he does like to play aggressively. He has to make sure he's got the discipline side of it as well.<\/p>\n

"He will have to find a way, otherwise he will be sitting on the sideline a lot."<\/p>\n

Flegler's high shot comes after South Sydney superstar Latrell Mitchell committed a similar offence during last night's clash with the Roosters.<\/p>\n

Mitchell is currently staring at a season-ending 6-9 week ban<\/a> after his high shot left Roosters gun Joey Manu badly injured.<\/a><\/p>\n
