Andrew Johns is expecting the Roosters'<\/a> nightmare season of injuries to finally bite this weekend, claiming the Rabbitohs<\/a> are "absolute morals" to "win and win well" against them tomorrow night<\/a>, but the club's former premiership captain Brad Fittler is sticking solid.<\/p>\n

Fittler admitted he had to ignore logic to tip the undermanned Roosters for a massive upset but added he had confidence in Trent Robinson's side because "they're fighting hard".<\/p>\n

That drew a sledge from Johns, who asked Fittler, tongue-in-cheek: "Does Uncle Nick watch this show?"<\/p>\n

Debating the match for Wide World of Sports' Freddy & Joey's Tips<\/em><\/a>, Johns said he thought Fittler might get a call-up to fill in tomorrow night after more injuries forced Robinson to name former Raiders and Bulldogs fullback Brad Abbey<\/a> to play on a wing.<\/p>\n

"Brad Abbey, they bought Brad Abbey from Canberra, he's going to play on the wing," Fittler said.<\/p>\n

"And Lachlan Lam has been named in the centres. He's a good little player, he'll know what he's doing out there. Up against South Sydney though, a couple of really big strike centres, Gagai and Campbell Graham, that'll be a big ask."<\/p>\n

The Roosters backline has been brutally dismantled by injury, with James Tedesco, Daniel Tupou and Joseph Manou the only three remaining from Robinson's preferred backline that started the season.<\/p>\n
