Cracks have continued to emerge out of Australia's camp in Bangladesh with men's coach Justin Langer<\/a> and team manager Gavin Dovey reportedly involved in a heated exchange with a Cricket Australia staffer.<\/p>\n

According to a report from The Age's Daniel Cherny<\/a>, Langer and Dovey took umbrage over a video posted to CA's website of the Bangladesh team song after they secured an unassailable 3-0 lead in the T20 series<\/a> last week.<\/p>\n

The win was Bangladesh's first bilateral series victory over Australia in any of the three formats of the game. <\/p>\n

"The confrontations, which occurred in the team hotel following the series-clinching third game, were separate but took place in quick succession," Cherny wrote.<\/p>\n

"Sources close to the team said the incidents were witnessed by at least a dozen people and left some players taken aback and with a sense of unease about what had transpired."<\/p>\n

It is understood that Dovey initially questioned the CA staffer over why the video had been posted, before the conversation escalated when the staffer refused to back down.<\/p>\n

The escalation resulted in Langer getting involved and taking aim at the staffer, per The Age.<\/p>\n

The latest incident involving Langer comes after numerous reports stating that Australia's players had become disillusioned with his intense coaching style. <\/p>\n

In the wake of Australia's series loss to India<\/a> last summer, unnamed sources went public with their frustrations, with suggestions Langer's style was wearing thin with the players.<\/a><\/p>\n

Langer's disciplinarian methods and supposed mood swings were two of the criticisms levelled at the coach, with suggestions some players were more comfortable approaching assistant coach Andrew McDonald.<\/p>\n

Despite the reports, Australian Test captain Tim Paine dismissed suggestions Langer was offside with the players<\/a>.<\/p>\n

"We are all 100 per cent behind JL and the job he is doing," Paine said in June. "We had a team review at the end of the Indian series, which is a pretty common factor in professional sports. From Justin to our last player, everyone will get feedback they can improve on.<\/p>\n
