Star duo Toby Greene<\/a> and Callum Mills<\/a> are two of five players to be forced out of tonight's Sydney Derby<\/a> after being re-classified as tier two COVID-19 contacts.<\/p>\n

Greene and Mills were a part of a group of 15 players and staff from both the Sydney Swans and GWS Giants who were re-classified as tier two contacts from the Wallabies vs France rugby match at AAMI Park<\/a> on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n

Sydney was forced to pull Mills, Colin O'Riordan and Harry Cunningham out of its line-up at the 11th hour, while the Giants withdrew Greene and Matt de Boer.<\/p>\n

Mills, O'Riordan and Cunningham were replaced in Sydney's line-up by James Rowbottom, Dylan Stephens and Ben Ronke, with Ronke the medical substitute.<\/p>\n

Greene and de Boer were replaced in the GWS Giants' line-up by Tanner Bruhn and Zach Sproule, with Sproule taking De Boer's spot as the Giants' medical substitute. Giants players Kieren Briggs and Jake Stein also attended the Wallabies match and have been forced into isolation, although the pair weren't selected to play tonight's match.<\/p>\n

Nine of the 15 individuals re-classified as tier two contacts are players and staff from the Giants, while the remaining six are players and staff from the Swans.<\/p>\n

The cohort of players and staff entered via Gate 7 at AAMI Park and set in Rows 25-42 of Zone 2, which has now been re-classified as a tier two exposure site by the Victorian Department of Health.<\/p>\n

Each of the players and staff members who sat in Zone 2 at AAMI Park must now isolate under Queensland Department of Health requirements.<\/p>\n
